I fully agree with Pam.  I had Graves and was told Rai was my only option.
Same thing 'one little pill for the rest of your life', and you'll be fine.
Another reason they told me ( I live in Europe) was that 'in the USA they've
done more than 30 years of RAI and it is a success story'.  I regret having
let them do RAI to me.  For 3 years my life was hell, bouts of serious
hypothyroidism, and other auto immune diseases pop up.  I feel better now,
but still a lot worse than when I was living with Graves !

Pls make sure you make an 'educated' decision - I didn't and I will always
regret it.
