I just received a cheery letter from my PCP with all my lab results from
the tests she did last week. I discovered that she only did a TSH.. I was
SURE that she had put the other T tests on there too...The TSH was
1.96...the little explanation in parentheses states that if it is on the
low side you might have too much thyroid hormone. The last level I had
before this one was 4..that was quite a while ago.

I think a trip to the endocrinologist is definitely in order. I have a
prescription from my psychiatrist for the whole panel plus as couple of
other tests which I'm not sure of. I'm going to do those for sure.

Again as I have read here over and over they should not go strictly on lab
results.. it  is confusing to me because I do have some of the symptoms of
hyperthyroid like shaking and trembling..i have begun crying alot more
than usual... I know this dr is going to say well how can you be
hyperthyroid as you don't have many of the symptoms and your blood work is
normal.....

Thoughts..?
