Two things come to mind that I've had experience with: (1) overreplacement
of thyroid hormones (thyrotoxicity) and (2) dehydration. Perhaps a thyroid
function check is in order. It's alright to get them more than once a year.
Dehydration can come from diuretics, diminished water intake, or other
problems. I've had (1) develop sometimes in short course. One time I
developed (1) by changing the way I took medications by separating my daily
intake of calcium supplement from Levoxyl. Without the calcium, more
Levoxyl was absorbed into my system. Thyroid replacement medications are
narrow therapeutic window drugs, so it's a slippery slope.
