Cant explain how it happens just know the results of loads of blood tests on
my husband both long before the hashis hypo was recognised and after

I have heard from many sources thats its vital for patients to take compound
Vitamin B maybe Thiamine too
Vitamin C and Zinc,
Selenium is involved too
Also was advised recently that Magnesium is vital to assist the Fibromyalgia
by relaxing smooth muscles and allowing the patient to actually get deep
sleep which is always lacking in thyroid patients and especially
fibromyalgia
Takes about 3 months of Magnesium and apparently Magnesium Citrate is the
best absorbed

We are trying this currently in hopes

Pat
