It is very easy to resolve, but I prefer explain before. L-tiroxine (like
trade name, synthroid), the problem are: 1) HOW YOU TAKE IT and 2) EXCIPIENTS.

1) HOW YOU TAKE IT. By oral via and 0.075 mg = 75 mcgrs/24 hours BUT IN ONE
TIME. Then synthroid pass from your intestinal to you blood all in one time
and a high pick is produce, a high pick, a high level of synthroid that
induces side-effects like heart palpitations. I would suggest you take the
same dose but divided, for example: 25 mcgrs three times each day or 12.5
mcgrs six times per day. This I do with my patients and the tolerate much
better. The wrong is to take all in one time, them your body have to support
all at the same time. How act the natural thyroid in human body??? secreting
l-tiroxina slowly during all the day, more during the day and less during
the night. Then act similar, I suggest the next: 25 mcgrs morning, 25 mcgrs
midday, 12.5 mcgrs afternoon and the rest 12.5 mcgrs at bed time. You have
in USA synthroid pills with 12.5 and 25 mcgrs...., I believe to remember...
2) Excipients..- is other film......
