I think that you uncovered a big part of the problem: Not enough time is
allowed, by too many docs, to observe, much less to think.

I feel that allowing too little time is no more an excuse for doing poor
Medicine than it would be for not closing after heart surgery because
patients were scheduled on the half hour.
