I too have extreme heat sensitivity and have been that way since early
childhood.
I sweat very little and my body temperature goes up over 102 when I get
hot (as opposed to 96-something before my hypothyroidism was treated and
98-something with adequate thyroxine replacement.) Too much thyroxine
was never part of my problem.

I have hypothyroidism which was diagnosed about eight years ago and
adrenal insufficiency which was diagnosed recently (by Doc Don, God
bless him!) The weather hasn't been hot enough since I've been on
adrenal supplementation to tell if there's any decrease in my heat
sensitivity.
