Don't give up. Like I said before I was topping 300 pounds, and now I can
say I weigh 200. Have more to go, but as long as I keep my appt with the Doc
and take care of myself I lose.:O) Also to cut out all ur carbs isn't the way
to go. Because once u take in more carbs you are back up there. I eat
normally, but I do not drink reg cokes, sweet tea etc. But I do have my peice
of pie but not everyday. Just eat less of everything. I do though keep my
carbs at 100 a day.It does seem to help alot.
I know everyone is tired of hearing about this. so, im going for now.
