I believe so if your browser supports that functionality.  The best way to
handle any page though is to provide a way back from it.

Yes, All the help that can be given would be appreciated.  I wrote a bit ago
on the link in table senario but see how this might be benefitial as well as
long as it does not cause extra scrolling as placing the foot notes in line
would do without a jump over them link.  EEE gads!

by using "Back" (Alt+left arrow)?

Wondering also if it wouldn't be possible to set up a set of appropriately
numbered accesskeys...
