I just received this email from Wilton.  I had asked about specific
products and a copy of their GF list in preparation for a cookie
decorating project.  Note that this list is different than the one
posted in March 2001.  It reads:

decorations, Decorator's White Icing (stock # 710-118), colored sugars
and sprinkles are gluten free. Below is a copy of our gluten free
products.  If you have any further questions feel free to contact us.
