Hi folks,

Some have been recently talking about the benefits of green tea. I remember
my paternal grandmother saying it was a cure for many things.

There also has been a lot of discussion recently about paleo and glycemic
response, and if I understand it correctly, one of the benefits of eating
paleo is to lower the glycemic response.

Since caffeine causes a glycemic spike, how do caffeinated drinks fit into
the overall paleo approach?
