One night a man crawled out of the bar, he looked for his car. Finds it, gets
in.  He is on his way home, when he's stopped by a cop for drunk driving. The
cop tells the guy to step out of the car, to walk a line. the man tries to
stand up, but his knees buckle under him, causing him to fall. The cop
arrests him and puts him in the local jail. when he wakes up, he realizes
that he left his wheelchair at the bar.

Sorry, I can't recall exactly how it goes, but the gist of it is that while
he was drink, he forgot he couldn't walk.
