Hi everyone,
I noticed that I can eat very moderately / paleo all day long. Around 7:00 PM
I start wanting to eat everything in the house (especially carbs). It seems
that when I get tired I want to eat.
In order to keep a lid on it I eat a bunch of steamed chard or kale with
broccoli and some feta cheese. It seems to keep a lid on the cravings.
Does anyone else experience severe night time cravings?
