Darcy,
How long have you been doing this? If you just started, your system may be
fighting the change. Eat six smaller meals. Eat your breakfast, then about
three hours later grab a snack, a few hours later eat lunch, then a few
hours later have another snack, eat your supper, then have a small snack
before bed time. People are munchers, I do not know where the idea that we
must eat three times a day came from. Remember, if you are eating paleo,
carb restricted or Ketogenic, eat when you are hungry.
