I personally don't see the logic of saying diet won't help with viral
outbreaks. Outbreaks of all the endemic herpes viruses seem to be related
to immune suppression, stress, poor diet, drug abuse.

I can certainly say that my outbreaks have lessened dramatically, to
perhaps 5%-10% of what they were before Paleo, and are becoming even less
frequent.
