It has "leptin is a satiety factor, which in normal-weight people tells
their bodies when they have consumed enough food." This is only partially
correct. The body is smarter than simply "consumed enough food," but it
would consumed enough of the nutrients it needs. The fish based diet would
provide more of these than the vegetarian diet.
