Through experimentation, I have found that grass fed buffalo suet  is
yellow and soft and makes excellent pemmican.

I have found that grain fed buffalo suet is white and chalky  and does not
make good pemmican.

If you search on the internet, you would be surprised how many buffalo
suppliers there are.
