I never read Cordain so I will not comment on the book until I have a chance
to read it but I just wanted to mention that a while back I was watching a
documentary on how the Inuit lived, worked and survived and when the men
brought back a caribou they had killed the women were absolutely *thrilled*
that it had a LOT of fat on it.  That kind of stuck with me when I saw it.
They didn't throw anything away.
