I found my grassfed beef producer at a local farmer's
market and they have in writing, for what that's
worth, that they don't use homones, etc. See
http://soarizona.net/greatbeef/cimarron.html.  I think
if they don't use hormones or grains they are more
than glad to let you know.  It's the ones that just
warble on about how wonderful nature is without giving
specifics that you need to ask more questions about.
