Yesterday is an example of what happens with me if I don't eat breakfast. I
had to travel and got hungry and hours later, my guests took me to a Mexican
restaurant. I did eat steak and pork chops, but couldn't resist putting away
the chips and salsa :-(

On the way back, I ate an airplane meal that included generous amounts of
breadcrumbs. This is common for me if I don't eat breakfast to begin with,
when I have to travel and go an extended period without eating. I then get
cravings for junky stuff because I am hungry. For me, a good start with
breakfast or an early lunch is very helpful in setting me on the right
course foodwise for the day.
