Sounds like a good idea.  I have a few questions.  I have grass-fed yak ground meat
available to me, really a wonderful meat.

How do you dehydrate it?  brown it first, or just raw? make little flat patties or
spread out into small bits? What temperature do you use?  How long does it take
in your dehydrator?
