It is actually quite simple. The name of the list is PALEOFOOD. Food is the
noun, and paleo (meaning ancient) is the adjective. So to be on topic the
post must include food, and the food should be paleo. But what is paleo is
debatable, so that leaves some wiggle room to discuss foods that may or may
not be paleo.

Most posts are on topic. This thread, labeled Off Topic, is about Flax Oil,
a possibly paleo food, so it would be on topic. Taking the discussion into
other non-diet aspects of breast cancer would be getting off topic.
