Speaking of Sally, here is a stinging review of Loren Cordain's latest foray
into Paleolithic eating. Please feel free to forward this review to friends
who may be following Dr. Cordain's questionable dietary advice.



wow, that's depressing! is this just another case of every authority having
another point of view, or are certain things about this way of eating really
dangerous? if so, what should one do differently? avoid canola oil, eat
fatty meat, not use flax oil to cook (we already knew that one)? sort of
seems like she would approve more of Neanderthin.
