 > 900 to 1500 calories!! How can you stand it?

Quite easily. I have a slow metabolism ( inactive thyroid )
and I'm quite sedentary. I walk 60 min and do a few pushups and setups each
day but the rest of the time I sit around at my computer etc.
I now weigh 180 pounds and I have tried eating more calories but I feel the
best at about 1400 calories average.
I eat only when I'm hungry. No snacks, just meals.
I eat all I want at each meal. I quit eating when I get the signals that I
have had enough -- the food changes flavor, I get cloyed or bored.

When I eat wheat I never get the signals and I never get hungry ( because
I'm eating all the time).

Michael
