Hieveryone,

The FDA currently allows MSG to be included in many foods without actually
listing MSG on the label. MSG is disguised under the hidden
names such as "natural flavors, spices, broth, HVP." products. The
biggest offender is the listing "natural flavors".

Here's a list of names in which MSG may be concealed in order to be included
in food without disclosure:

Accent, natural flavors, hydrolyzed vegetable protein (HVP), ajinomoto,
natural flavoring, hydrolyzed milk protein, autolyzed yeast, natural beef
flavoring, kombu extract, bouillon, natural pork flavoring,
mei-jing/wei-jing, barley malt, natural chicken flavoring, RL-50, broth,
natural seasonings, textured protein, calcium caseinate, gourmet powder,
seasonings, sodium caseinate, glutavene, subu, flavorings, glutacyl, spices,
malt extract, hydrolyzed oat flour, tamari, malt flavoring, hydrolyzed plant
protein, zest.

The label on many products may say "No MSG" when in fact it may be
in there. The most common source of MSG hiding in a product is
"natural flavors." This additive contains approximately 40% MSG -
I don't know what the remaining 60% is.

When "natural flavors" are consumed qualitative analysis via electronic
kinesiology and harmonic translation technology show an increase in levels
of phenylalanine, lowered levels of serotonin, distortion of sodium/calcium
channels on a cellular level. Symptoms will show up at the time of eating or
can be delayed as much as 48 to 72 hours.

Regards,
Catherine (aka Siobhan)
