That means, most of the slaughter cow energy will come from the grain
fedder (in form of SFA and MUFA in the marbeling and suet and so on).
But at least the part at the beginning of the feed will be from the alfalfa
and other wild plants. I'd estimate some 50% because fat has much more
energy than muscle, and fat is what they gain in particular.

Economically that makes sense.
11 acres for 50%, and the rest... probably 1 acre of wheat will be enough
(I have the numbers of today, but don't know how much the animals eat until
their end).

Cordainially that's exactely the part you ought to cut away to get lean meat
at last.
