Most of the fast food places also have pamphlets with ingredient lists and
nutritional stats on all their food.  Sometimes you'll have to ask
multiple employees before you find one that understands the question.

A big problem to watch for is cross contamination.  I stopped bothering
with Subway years ago because at least at the ones around here, they used
alot of grated cheese and tended to be sloppy and get grated cheese in all
the vegie tubs.
