This is going to be the first time  that I will agree
with you.

The Mobile Phone Fever seem to be a reality in the
Gambia. During my 6 weeks holiday in the Gambia, I
notice that there was a huge increase in the amount of
Gambians using mobile phones. I even witnessed
AFRICELL's promotional tour with Jaliba Kuyateh.   By
the way, I did register with GAMCEL and my  number was
within 920000s .

Whilst I am not good at statistics, I feel confident
to say that the mobile phone industry has over 30,000
subscribers.
