CHRISTOPHER, how dreadfully sordid!!!!!!  Ruth, from VT where we still have
proper viewing, funeral and burial rites.  Although I do now see a lot of
obits stating "visiting hour one hour prior to funeral, rather than the
traditional--one afternoon and two evenings prior to the funeral.  Also
more are having funeral at the funeral home than at church.
