Have just come from a bldg with a red, round-bottomed fire bucket hanging from a fire-sprinkler line...with a UPC label on the bottom of it, so they must have been available fairly recently, and one would assume still are available. You might try asking the managing agent (or better yet, the Super) for your fancy Candela building where they order supplies like that, and whether their supplier has or has access to fire buckets.
