Ralph,
North Dakotans suffer a great deal of abuse from their neighbors to the
east. I shouldn't join in, but it was so easy. Restless? Sure they
are restless. They are leaving for the welcoming and balmy climates of
their neighboring states. I suppose at the present rate of emmigration
it will not be long before all of the restless ones have left. I don't
think its good for a community to loose all the restless folks.
Meanwhile, I still have some sort of genetic drive to keep drifting to
the west...maybe I should check out them big empty places.
