Comrades:
Anyone out there got a dry, hand-hewn beam with a large cross-section they'd
be willing to sell? Length need to be on the order of eight feet. Would
prefer it be from a longer member that is (a) deteriorated, (b) from a
structure missing too many pieces to be re-erected, or (c) previously
installed in someone's den.
Respond on a back-channel if you have something. Or, post a note to BP; all
replies and comments featuring sarcasm or humour must be approved by Ralph.
