I have fallen off the wagon in a big way.

It started when my stepmother from out of town came to visit. She was
staying in a hotel and it wasn't really an option to cook food so we ate in
restaurants and one thing led to another.

Lately I have been working long hours at work. I don't really have time to
spend cooking, I am too tired when I come home.

I try to avoid obvious junk, but veal parmigiana on a bun with peppers and
mushrooms for a few dollars from the supermarket can be awfully tempting at
lunchtime since it saves me the trouble of making it.

Also the fact that I don't really have my own kitchen and as folks pointed
out, our society is still geared towards easy to obtain junk consumption.
