Well i made my first real attempt at a paleo day today. for breakfast i had
miso broth with tahini, for extra protien. i know miso is soy and so not
paleo, but love miso....it is gonna take a while to get really accostumed
to this, and i hate waste, so can't bear the idea of throwing things in the
fridge out.
but lunch today is a cabbage and carrot salad with chicken and chia seed,
with a spicy peanut dressing(homemade of peanut butter, hot water, fish
sauce and chili paste) and 2 hard boiled eggs for snacking on.
While i am at work i have uncontrollable urges to snack...and the vending
machine just don't cut it. As long as i keep my pockeets free of cash i
avoid it alright.
I haven't yet thought about dinner ~~~ will have to do that later.
i have a question for you all, yes another one! will she never stop
asking??? ( i'm just waiting for my book to arrive...)
are there any vegetables that are particularly NOT paleo?
