Thanks, Michael, but are you sure a percentage is how Cordain intends these
ratios to be read (i.e., 24% Omega 6 to Omega 3 in flaxseed oil)?

If you look at the lists on pgs. 127-28, the columnar heading says "Omega 6
*TO* Omega 3."  And the text on the preceding page clearly says "ratio," not
percentage, of 0.24.  Are "ratio" and "percentage" interchangeable terms?
Hope you're not rolling your eyeballs at this question.
