I understand what you are saying Philip. It's just I am worried because
from what I can see Russia banned MW's, and I am referring to the fact that
apparently all these violent AC bombardments are changing the food forcing
it to form new molecules. Like, MW's aren't used for warming blood or human
milk, etc. And what about that study where they monitored people in that
German macrobiotic institute and their blood changed after they ate
microwave food?

Dr. Weill says go ahead and use MW's to warm up food but not to cook with
them, and avoid using plastic bowls or saran wrap because the molecules
will be driven into the food.

I tried to find a site that conclusively debunked all these claims, and I
couldn't.. were you able to?
