I had to quote that because it's very funny and exactly what I keep finding
when I read too much. oh well. thanks for the good summary. I bet you're
right on seeds being better than oil; it seems like when manufacturers pull
out only a tiny part of something they lose a lot of other things that
really were there for a reason. The flax oil thing has become such a
headache to me that I'm switching to fish oil. I just looked online and
found that the Zone guy makes fish oil pills that have had the toxins
removed through some exotic process that enables him to charge naive and
trusting people like me a lot of money. If they're fresh and toxin-free it
sounds like there's no downside, and I will take them until I read that fish
oil makes you grow a second head or something.
