It's not a great idea to eat too much tuna because of mercury contamination.
This is especially true for children or pregnant women.  Citing the new EPA
methylmercury guidelines, Consumers Union, the publisher of Consumer Reports,
recommended last year that a 44 pound child should eat no more than 1 tuna fish
sandwich per week and that a 132 pound pregnant woman should eat only one
6-ounce can of light tuna per week.
