Interesting.  You're one of the few women I've heard say they LOST weight
after menopause.  I read a lot of literature and research regarding natural
hormone replacement - so much that it crossed my eyeballs and I decided to
just forget it.  I sometimes wonder about all the research we do for there
is always the anomaly - one girl in the bunch for whom the theories do not
work.  :)  Thanks, Ginny.

I lost about five lbs. after menopause, and another eleven or so when I
switched to Paleo, none of for which I would have been called "fat".
Estrogen is the culprit, I believe. For me HRT is progesterone cream
