i wanted to comment on the statements sent in about infertility doctors
not being responsible for knowing about celiac disease.

I don't think that Michelle was asking them to take care of her celiac
disease. She simply wanted the doctor to work with her to make sure the
baby is completely healthy. her concern was that her body is ready. I
think if a doctor can make sure she gets pregnant, he is very much
responsible for making sure the baby is ok. He should not get this woman
pregnant if her body is deficient in vitamins.

I also feel strongly that all! doctors need to be educated about celiac
disease. He needs to know that celiac disease can cause infertility.
those studies sited at the end of the summary, need to be passed on.
Doctors tend to treat symptoms without looking for a cause. We can give
this fertility doctor a possible cause why some of his patients cannot
conceive or have miscarriages. And all doctors who care for us need to be
educated about CD, not to treat celiac disease, but to make sure that
their treatment is in fact the best thing for our celiac bodies.
Now why would someone make sarcastic remarks to someone asking for
advice?
