Folks,

I was very lucky to have two of my three days completely gluten-free. I have
received many posts from others also hospitalized who had to bring in their
own food and basically had poor experiences. No one else relayed a good
experience.

Hats off to the dietitian for her superb efforts. She even sent me home with
the remaining gluten-free foods.

Lynn in Omaha
