Hi all,
Am having trouble getting this sent out. If it duplicated I apologize. I am headed to these two wonderful islands in a few weeks and would appreciate any help eating gf. We will be renting houses with kitchens so most of my meals will be ok. Anyone know of health food stores?  Any information would be appreciated. I got some information for the archives.
