Everyone has been so helpful and I truly appreciate that as we enter
week 3 of the diet for a very cranky teenager. Can anyone tell me if
sour cream is ok.......also jello instant pudding (vanilla) in the box.
Those two items are ingredients in a fruit dip that I make and don't
want to let her have it until I'm absolutely sure. Also looking for a
protein powder that I could add to a smoothie. Since she is a
vegetarian, she is having a hard time fitting protein into her
diet......and she's not crazy about the protein bars that she tried.
