Paskesz Candies is a kosher candy company that is available world-wide.
For Passover they make Passover crumbs which are useful in making a
matzah ball substitute. As of now the following candies which are
packaged under the Paskesz label are gluten free: Candy buttons, gum
from Spain (they have gum from other locations so verify it is from
Spain), Fizzers (a fizz roll), Candy necklaces & watches, lollipops,
jelly beans, sour jelly beans, and nutty chews.

SaraLee Norman (buyer) has this list
According to Mrs. Norman their biggest problem is with the flavors.
Since they go to various manufacturer's and have them make the candies
they have to depend on the manufacturer being willing to ensure the item
is gluten free. Many of the companies were not willing to say the
products were gluten free. At least this is better than last year when
they did not know if anything in their product line, except their kosher
for passover products such as their Passover crumbs was gluten free.
