Hello All:
I am a 55 yr. old recently diagnosed CD. I have just begunt he gluten free
journey and have a few questions for those with more experience.
1. I am concerned with the concept of "natural flavoring" & "natural
flavoring" being on the do not consume list. Is this an accurate
assumption? These seem to appear on almost all food items prichased at the
grocery. Ketschup, mustard, spaghetti sauce, etc.
2. How about caramel coloring? I am a Coke addict, (7-10 per day)
and ned to know if this needs to go.
3. Is there a master list of common grocery items that is published
for folks like me?
