I have been using the Bette Hagman Gourmet Flour Blend the I got from Ener-g
Foods.  Now I can only find the Four Flour Blend that has the bean flours in
it.  I don't care for the taste.  Does anyone know where I can buy it
already mixed.  I used to mix it myself, but don't  really want to go back
to mixing it.
