Thank you for your comments.
All of Thai Kitchen's products are Gluten-Free, EXCEPT:

Lemongrass & Chili Rice Noodle Soup
Savory Garlic Stir-fry Rice Noodles

This means that all our other (46+) products do not contain wheat, rye,
barley, oats, spelt, kamut, tritical, or any part thereof.
Cross-contamination is not an issue.

In an effort to continuously improve our products, Lemongrass & Chili Rice
Noodle Soup and Savory Garlic Stir-Fry Rice Noodles have been reformulated
and now contain soy sauce. Their respective ingredients clearly state: soy
sauce (soybeans, wheat). Older generations of the above products are still
in distribution and these are Gluten-Free. Always carefully read the
ingredients to determine if a product is wheat-free. Thank you for enjoying
Thai Kitchen products.
