The responses to my inquiry about improving bone density were
overwhelmingly positive.  Basically, the results were that with the gluten
free diet, proper calcium and vitamin D intake combined with weight bearing
exercise and walking, that bone density improved significatly in young and
old alike.  Some individuals combined this therapy with Fasamax but those
individuals were in the minority. It seems that with proper diet and
supplementation and exercise, bone density can be improved. Thank you to
all who responded.
