Hello,

Because of the health benefits, I prefer to use canola oil.  However, I
am concerned about contamination as a typical crop rotation is wheat
immediately followed by canola.  Canola oil could, therefore, easily be
contaminated.  Does anyone have any information as to how canola is
grown and processed and whether or not there are truly contamination
issues?
