My (limited) understanding of orthorexia is that its sufferers are
*obsessed* with the nutritional value of foods (overall, or just one aspect
such as calories). For example, many orthorexics can recite the label
information of various foods from memory, and will only eat lowfat
this-or-that. Many othorexics have a history of anorexia/bulimia. They've
just traded one obession for another. So, orthorexia might be simply defined
as an unhealthy interest in/obsession with a healthy diet.

I have encountered paleofolk who strike me as a little orthorexic, as well
as I've encountered (perhaps more) Ornish-types who seem to also fit the
bill.

Stacie
